[Request] Small tool to connect to wlan

(1/1)

asper:
It's possible create a small windows utility to connect to a "xxx" wireless network by passing it as a parameter from a command line to an .ini file or similar that contains the connection data: for example:
- SSID
- type of protection
- password
- wifi card name to use to connect
- enable / disable the network card
- delete any data concerning the connection, reporting everything as before to run the tool

Usage: "toolname".exe [configuration file]

4wd:
You can use the Windows netsh command:

Create a profiles for users on a Workgroup and disable Homegroup options & wifi
Script to autoload xml profiles
ON/OFF TaskBar button for Automatic log-on and connect to Internet.
Enables/disable internet access based on a time schedule

Plus there's other Windows tools in those threads if you prefer a GUI based solution.
