Modify displayed filename with regex

minor feature request (and tip):

I have an folder full of .lnk's files. This folder i have added as folder to LBC.

The items are showed as
ProcessEx.exe.lnk
Screenshot Captor.exe.lnk
... and so on.

Can we have an option to trim this .lnk part in the view?
[ ] Trim from back: [     .lnk|.exe|.cmd]


And maybe trim "Shortcut to  "   too. (but this i can do manually!)
[ ] Trim at begin: [Shortcut of  |Verknüpfung mit  ]

yes, i will add - i was thinking the same myself.

At least the appended .lnk 's are now removed in build 1.55.02
