When pasting a clip caught in foreign language, the actual paste is gibberish, even though the clip shows correctly in the app UI.

C H+S is not unicode, as far as I know it needs a big change to be so.

Windows clipboard is unicode, so the last clip you copied will (normally) be correct -- whether pasted via CHS or not, but as soon as you copy another clip it will no longer display many non-English letters accents etc. correctly.
