Arrow Object in v 4.21.11, text color is not editable

In the arrow object, the text color is fixed as red.  I can edit the text background color, the arrow color and the line color, but not the actual text color.  Can you please fix?  Thank you in advance.

The text color should match the line color and change as you adjust that.
