Ragged Edge - how to save 'What sides to affect'

Hi,

I use the newest portable version of Screenshot Captor.
I often use Ragged Edge effect, mainly for bottom side of image.

Unfortunatelly, when I check off sides which shouldn't be affected in 'Whate sides to affect' region, the setting is not preserved for next tool usage.

Is it possible to configure it from UI?
If not, what parameter should be added to configuration file (.ini)?
