ClocX - Free, attractive, highly configurable clock software

(1/1)

KenR:
I recently discovered a very nice clock program. The program is called ClocX and can be obtained at http://clocx.php5.cz/. It is highly configurable in terms of settings, shape, size, and background images. It has several nice options, including my personal favorite "click through", which allows it to be set to stay on top of other windows but lets you interact with the window beneath it as if the clock was not there. This is the nicest donationware clock program I have ever found and is better than many shareware clock programs.  If you need alarms, however, you'll need to look elsewhere.

I've been "informed" that our very own App has written a number of timing applications (http://www.appsapps.info/index.php) including a very nice clock.  Though different in appearance, her clock software is also highly configurable and performs numerous functions. If you're in the market for clock software (or other timer applications), check out her page as well.

kimmchii is absolutely right. ClocX does have alarms. Thank you SO MUCH for pointing out my mistake. I went back to my original post and struckthough that portion of the message. My apologies to the author and DC community for my oversight.
