Share images as pdf file with low resolution

From any folder of my pc with images I can select a few and print with the contextual menu of the mouse to the virtual pdf printer (adobe) and the possibility to obtain a pdf file with different configurations....two images per page, four images per page, and etc. I can even select the resolution.

But what I need is the same with any image linked to the original one in the cloud.
I don't see google drive lets me do this.

Can I do this anyway ?

I need a photo album in the cloud and be able to downloaded print pdf file with links to the original pictures.

Contro:
The best answer i found is the above one. Printing to pdf from the system windows.
From the cloud i don't see any application to automate this. Specially linking.
