GOTD HippoEdit 1.60 As of post time 19 hours and change left to download and install.  There is also a separate activate.exe file to be run after installation to register the program.

Edit:  Hmm, on first run after activation it launches this web page:
http://www.hippoedit.com/special_offer.php?offer=GiveAwayOfTheDay&ver=1.60.31&source=2&utm_nooverride=1

basically saying the GOTD version is crippleware and pay $14.95 if you want the real deal.  Guess I'll uninstall soon.  :(
