Satire on the web

<< < (2/3) > >>

moerl:
You guys must not know about http://www.newyorker.com/...

mouser:
what does the new yorker have to do with satire?
(well i guess the cartoons)

Edvard:
I think calling the New Yorker satire is a kind of satire in itself. Good one, Moerl

I had a few referenced in my other post, one (shelley the republican) was a right-wing satire but I cannot for the life of me find a left-wing satire site of the same caliber. Perhaps the right-wingers are too stodgey to pull such a lark? Please help me in my quest...

Edvard:
This one hasn't been updated for a while, but it's a screecher, watch yourself...

i especially like "Jorge Lopez' " comparisons between Windows and Linux...
...As I am sitting here writing this column, my computer is busily defragging my hard drive, running my virus scanner, and I'm being shown a list of all the latest MS security patches that are being remotely installed on my machine today. Why doesn't Linux come with any defragmenting tools or virus scanners or Active Backdoor Update like you get with Windows? These are all must-have features for me...
