first half is non-technical introduction, then the the next guy talks about disassembling the ecu code and what he found.  good stuff.  was a shame the talk had to end so quickly -- hopefully the speakers will be giving additional talks in the near future.
somewhere around 58 minutes is a bit of a smoking gun chart.

I really wonder how you found that.

I watched the whole thing, and it was very interesting.

What I got out of it was that government regulations create some pretty bad situations.

If there were less force/regulation, and more transparency, I think we'd have better vehicles. Like, who in their right mind wants less efficiency in their vehicle?
