Support Request: Unable to open Circle Dock Settings

For the past 2 days I have been unable to open the "settings" of Circle Dock.  It gives a User Interface Thread Exception error.  Below is my system information as well as the error itself.

System Info

Windows 10 Pro
Processor: Intel(R) Cor(TM) i7-3517U CPU @ 1.90Hz 2.40 GHz
Installed memory (RAM): 8.00 GB (7.89 GB usable)
System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor
