Runtoclose for Win7

Some time ago, meaning many years I suggested a neat little script that closes the containing folder to a file when the file launches. Its called Runtoclose and it worked great! But I had to upgrade from XP to Win7 and Runtoclose doesn't run on Win7. Is there a workaround or an upgrade for this neat little script? thanks!

close folders
There was actually two scripts made - does the other one work?

Did you try running the script As Administrator?  Windows 7 is more finicky about permissions and seeing other programs running than XP, and Windows 8 is more finicky than Windows 7.  I find many of my scripts that get the program that owns the current window and similar, have to run as administrator.
