The company offers support packages as shown in the chart.  I noticed it because it is featured on Shareware on Sale here: http://sharewareonsale.com/s/nektra-spystudio-giveaway-coupon-sale

I don't understand it all yet.  But it seems it can virtualize applications a la VMWare ThinApp and also do trace comparisons of program file, registry, api and COM calls, to aid in debugging/troubleshooting.

Looks interesting even if you don't have any applications to publish.

Edit: it has both 32 and 64 bit downloads.
