Replace in the name of a txt file and inside too

Contro:
I have a template.
A list of the emails in a txt file

the template file is    :    [email protected] .txt

All the txt file are in a folder.

This template contains text  and an email.
I need replace that email according to the list of the emails i have in a txt file.

And also the corresponding email in the name of the file to be generated.

I supposed there are a lot of possibilities to do this.


What is the best one ?
