HELP: character turns into ????

I am a FARR user from china, when i type chinese in the search box, it will turns into "????" ,so how to solve this problem?

Although FARR does not support unicode, I believe it might still let you search in your case.. Can you try going to the options and the "Font Overrides" tab, and try choosing a custom font for "Set EditBox Font" that shows your character set?

farr version is 2.218.01.os version is win8.1 pro.
