I want to write a text file on my laptop and add things during the week, like a shopping list
and after few days when I will go to the supermarket, to be able to read this list on my android phone

is there a solution for this?

maybe do it in a website or something?
but I would like it to be readily available, ie open it on my phone without having to visit a website if possible

Google Keep, it's probably already on the phone and you probably already have a Google account since it's an Android phone.
