South Africa couldbe the first in advanced technology to come out with TV on cellphones...This was broadcasted on 'Carte Blanche' that viewed every Sunday night between 7.00pm and 8.00pm...Obviously you would have to purchase the special cellphone which will be able to broadcast TV...The Cost?...Wait and see...
