process tamer memory error

i get "The instruction at "0x7c80d189" referenced memory at "0x7815ecdf". The memory could not be read."

Please help me to fix this.

can you tell us what version of the program you are using, what operating system you have, and when the error came up?  can you reproduce the error?

i have ver 2.05.02 runnning windows xp home sp2, it comes up sometimes when i reboot the pc and when i close the program after opening the configuration page, when i right click the system tray to open to configure .
