Has anyone experienced this? LaunchBar Commander invisible on computer startup?

I've had an issue with my main computer and LaunchBar Commander that I can't reproduce on a virtual machine -- where the launchbar is not visible on startup, and i've had to use the secret ctrl+alt+shift+L hotkey to bring up the options and have it redock.
Anyone else experience this?
