IDEA: Avatar Resizer

Hi guys.

Forums usually only allow avatars that are of a certain size.  The size can be dependent on the height x width and/or the filesize.  Sometimes a forum will accept whichever constraint is larger & sometimes whichever is smaller.

A program that would allow you to enter the constraints & have the best size picture file outputted would be handy.  It could have presets for commonly accepted sizes.

If no one has come up with anyhing by the morning, I'll have a shot at this :)

It's not a bug, it's an undocumented and unexplainable feature.
