Interesting that some countries were apparently easier to cable around than through. Is the terrain really that bad, or was it just land use/access issues?

That's what I meant by land use/access issues. How do we get to the land we're allowed to use, who else is going to be there, and who all is going to be shooting at us when we get there? :D
