Left Click + Right Click + Drag to Scroll

I used Mac a few days and loved two finger scroll. I use PC so I don't have a track pad. It would be great to do the same with mouse only. There is a utility https://code.google....p/two-finger-scroll/ for trackpads. There should be something for mouse too.

How can I reduce its speed to give it feel of dragging with hand like Mac? It scrolls faster than mouse movement

I didn't knew it had settings. I modified its speed, now I just want to modify it to work with Left + Right click, BTW Right click is working perfect.
