AutoClip Problem

I can't get AutoClip to automatically replace the text with my clip. It replaces the text with a space. When I click on the item in the menu, it inserts the clip, but it does not work with auto-replace.

Any ideas?

I'm running Windows 7 SP1, 64-bits.
