I got excited and just pushed a new update which provides generous support for uploading screenshots using the free open source ZUploader 3rd party tool.
From Screenshot Captor you will see help for installing ZUploader in the options
* A checkbox to auto queue in zuploader after taking a screenshot
* A menu item in tray to upload last file
* A menu item in the SendTo menu of the post capture pop-up dialog
* A tool menu item in the main Tools menu.
In short, just install ZUploader and Screenshot Captor will know how to use it.

Small point. Download page still says 2.99.01 but you actually get 2.99.02 ;)
Can we please please please have a toolbar buttons for the splice" special effects ?

Works fine for me. Both XP SP3 with up to date copy and Windows 7 Pro 32 bit with out of date copy.
Maybe the non-English version of Windows or the "really old" version of ScreenShot Captor - my example below was running 2.93.01
