I still get the same dialogue as in my post above
(install version - V4.02.0)

same dialog yes but does shift work?

cmpm:
shift + delete bypasses the recycle bin and deletes permanently here

mouser:
Ah i see now that the dialog explicitly says they are going into the recycle bin even when they are not -- i will fix that now.
