From the authors of the AML Pages notekeeper.  Appears to be popup boiler-plate text, rather than a text expander.  This alpha version appears to be freeware, but it looks like they may move to a payware version later.

Personally, I'll cut them at least some slack, because they're Russian and their English isn't very good, as seen in much of the rest of their English-language text.  The more so as I don't speak any language other than English...
