IDEA: pull info from a website and e-mail it
« on: May 23, 2006, 03:58 PM »
I'm trying to find an automated way to pull info from

http://www.slexchang...es.php?name=Currency

This info to be exact (The 330.7 only, the rest is so you see where the number I want is):

<b>Current Rate</b>
</td><td align="right">
USD/SLL
</td></tr><tr><td>
<b>Bid/Ask</b>
</td><td align="right">
&nbsp;330.7/316.3

And e-mail it to a specific unchanging e-mail address about once every 10 minutes.

I have an apache/php server under freebsd right now, but i'm not a coder unfortunately.

Anyone think they can do this?

thanks
