IDEA: Undo "Restore all items" in Recycle bin

(1/1)

VSiAQ:
I usually have more than 300 files in the Recycle bin. Everytime I trash them, I use the Empty the Recycle bin command.

Today, I click Restore all items by mistake, and all files were sent to their original folders.  :(

I couldn't find any ways to undo it, even by using Ctrl + Z or Edit menu.  >:(

It would be great if a small tool could be made to prevent this from happening. It'll save a lot of time trying to deleting all these unneeded files.

Carol Haynes:
Why do you keep so many files in your recycling bin?

I also usually do the same. I extend my recycle bin to the size of the disk, and check the "don't ask on delete" option. This way, it works just as if i had a "mark for deletition" system, and I don't need to have programs like norton ghost and similars.

app103:
If you put a shortcut to the recycle bin on your quicklaunch, and get into the habit of emptying from right clicking that shortcut, there isn't a 'restore' to click by accident.  ;)
