I already belong to the forum - being asked to join?

Re. the licence key reg'n, I went to the site the program ScreenshotCaptor sort of forced me to go to ( I couldn't get rid of the popup), and there was asked to join the forum. Well, I already belong to the forum.
Could somebody explain this to me.

Looks like the elephant is on a soccer ball or something, but yes, on one leg. Almost looks like one of those motivational posters.
