IDEA: Program: Set 'Run this program as an administrator' for mass file settings

Don;t know if setting all programs to 'run as administrator' is a good idea or not, but here goes.

Just a simple, easy program to set all programs to 'run as administer'.  Be able to select whole drives,directories, or all files within 1 directory.  Also have ability to use wildcards in filenames.

Also just thought, also be able to un-check the 'run as administrator'.

I'm running Windows 8 - 64bit, and Windows 7 - 64 bit.

Would be about as quick to turn UAC to the lowest level, no nagging any more, same result.
