Target:
Is WSOD linked to graphics card type : ATI or Nvidia ?
I guess its antimalware - graphic driver interaction, esp Nvidia.
I think it may not happen with ATI cards.-SKA (December 13, 2012, 08:04 PM)

I couldn't say, though googling returns a lot of suggestions regarding video drivers

FWIW though, my laptop has intel graphics...

something else I forgot to mention - clicking on the non responsive app in the task bar brings up a 'windows explorer is not responding.  do you want to close...' dialog...

My example is different all right but I'll post a pic FWIW

It seems to be related to overload - when I try to open the Sessionsaver sub-menu I get a freeze. There's a lot in that sub-menu (lots of sessions and a long closed-tabs-list).

Win7 64bit

It's hard to tell if the titlebar is whited-out as well cause it's totally transparent - but I think not. Likewise you can see the menu, but nothing responds - I was so involved in making sure I got a screenshot that I forgot to test for taskmanager :-[ (I can only reproduce this once after rebooting.)
