Suggestion: Stop Hiding those Licence Keys!

<< < (2/2)

mouser:
allen and hamradio are right -

once you are signed into the forum, visiting that page https://www.donationcoder.com/Keys/index.php should let you select your license key.

you must be logged into the forum though, before you can download your license key, so if it's asking you to log in it means it's not detecting that you are already signed into the forum.

it's a bit confusing i know, we're going to try to simplify it.

feel free to contact me by email if you continue to have trouble: [email protected]

and thanks for being in such good spirits about the frustration - not everyone is :)

as for accepting donations - we accept *anything* as a donation; youll find lots of different services to use to donate here:
https://www.donationcoder.com/Donate/DonateMethod.html
or you can send anything via postal mail (drawings, chocolate, dimaonds, postcards, etc.) to:
https://www.donationcoder.com/About/contact.html

just let us know when something is in the mail and we will upgrade your account

momonan you are not quite right about license being sent when you sign up; a license is only emailed when people donate. non-donators must visit that page to get a license after they sign up.

mouser:
Perhaps you could consider a Sticky "Newbies Navigation Guide".
--- End quote ---

this is very much needed.

two pages are meant to serve this kind of role:
first this one: https://www.donationcoder.com/About/start.html
and fromt here at bottom right you can get to: https://www.donationcoder.com/Help/

but then it's easy to get lost.. it's so dern hard to figure out how to present so much info in a reasonable way..

Fanx guys.
Did that, went there and...
Got the T Shirt FREE

The rest of this thread has been moved to the Living Room (which seems a more appropriate place for the discussion that followed ...)
