Can 'Captor' go LITE like "Greenshot"!?

(1/1)

saurabhdua:
Hello Folks!

The enormous capability of "Greenshot" (considering its incredibly small download size ) have always amazed me, & for the same reason its utility/usage appears the 'Most affable' in terms of my daily dealings with Consumers & theirs respective follow-ups!

I wonder if there is any contemporary that stands even near to this tiny 'Punch pack'!?

In the very context, I wonder if it is really possible to come up with something like "Screenshot Captor lite"!? :-)

The latest version of "Greenshot" hosts & hence boasts of several new features in its Editor & that too in its very own characteristic aka "Incredibly small size" & "smooth/light on Memory" operation.

cmpm:
I do like the office plugin with Greenshot.
That can be configured in SC.

Resource usage is about the same.

edit-
well...hm GS just doubled in mem usage after a shot and then back to idle
while SC stays low idling no matter what you have just done with it

free ram command knocks 'em both down to about the same again
not everyone should be using a free ram .exe
or even all the time, I use it for testing things like this

For those of us that dont know Greenshot can you compare it to Screenshot Captor?
or,
if you're not that familiar with SC, maybe tell us what you especially like with Greenshot.
Thanks

I used to use Snippy before I ...uh... asked ... Mouser to add my use case as a feature to SC Captor, and I've been content with a "Click Icon and Drag" style without getting into the fancy stuff. But it's fun to know all that cool stuff is built in there : )

app103:
There is mouser's MiniCap.
