It's never in doubt that any system, including Mexico's, is set up to protect the bigger guys and give them avenues to appeal (protect) themselves

Still doesn't take away from the fact that Apple lost a lawsuit. ;D

This is the first I've heard about the Classes for trademarks, so that's informative. Probably the same thing was going on with Apple Music via the Beatles vs Apple Computer way back when.
