Damaged iPhones have cost consumers more than $6 billion dollars since the smartphone's introduction in 2007. Smart Money's Quentin Fottrell points out the sleeker iPhone 5 design isn't going to make it any easier to protect your phone.

sadmacicon.jpg  Why would it need to become obsolete. My iPhone never worked completely right from the day I first unboxed it. And forget about it if you ever drop one. That's a guarantee you'll start experiencing all sorts of intermittent weirdness and connection problems.
