hello!

this firefox addon extends the clickable area around clickable controls, so that you wont miss the control you want to click

it is brilliant and very convenient, so I wonder if there is such thing or similar for general mswin gui???

It's not the same thing, but have you tried DialogMove?

yes, but it works seamlessly in desktop firefox as well
