(Free) Wallpaper Manager? Dual Screen!

Hello all:
I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good (free) wallpaper manager that supports dual monitors. Currently I use UltraMon for my wallpaper needs, but it's kind of clunky. I'd like something that not only supports dual monitors, but may also offer timed/auto wallpaper changing. It would also be nice if it also had the option to mirror wallpapers made for single monitors. If free is not an option, then maybe something I can find on PirateBay (is that a no-no?). :)

Look in this forum or the internet for 'John's Background Switcher'. That is an amazing piece of freeware in its field.

JBS seems like a good app for the job. Still messing with options and trying to get it to do just what I want.

Any other recommendations?
