Great find, thanks for sharing. The part on contracts rings close to home, painfully so!

yeah the two parts that really registered with me as lessons to pay attention to were:
the one about contracts not being honored, and the one about how he said in the begining he would take meetings with just about anyone and and had to learn to be more selective (and same with taking jobs). good lessons.
