Change the docks so they are in the background, so when I open a window in full screen the docks do not show.

LBC is designed to hide into the background when a FULL-SCREEN program (like a game or screensaver) activated, but this is not the same as when a window is maximized.

Are you talking about the case when you maximize a window?
