try this - Recursor

nothing fancy, it records the mouse cursor position every 5 seconds

Hotkey (Win + Space) moves the cursor to wherever it was 10 minutes ago (If it's been running for less than 10 minutes it does nothing)

trying . Win+space I have occupied with the application ReOpen.
It's the source file and can change the hotkey easily ?

I did ask you about that, but you indicated that the timer was the critical issue (no mention of window states, or relative positioning), so...

you actually want something that will reinstate whatever the active window was at a user nominated time in the past, and reposition the mouse relative to that window?
