MoveOut Utility Overwrite Option!

Greetings,
I am new to this forum.
I just installed the MoveOut utility which I think is a great tool.
One thing I have noticed though is tha the file overwrite option does not work.
The ASK and NO options DO work.

Can someone please tell me if this is indeed an issue of if there is something I am doing wrong.
I am using Windows 7 Pro and I am running the utility in Administrator Mode.

Any assistance will be appreciated.
