Know of an HTML to Text Batch Utility?

Does anyone know of a utility to load a truckload of HTML files, read them, then output the text only? (i.e. strip out all the HTML)

I've written this utility a few times, and just don't feel like doing it again, and not very enthusiastic about searching through old drives to find one of the ones I've already written.
