batch convert doc to txt with right click

grabbing the text only from a doc file is sometimes bothersome, which is the best tool to batch convert doc to txt with right click?

For as far as I could see it's free (other stuff I found using a simple Google search was payware), but I couldn't test it for you, you can do that yourself, I assume.
You may need to add an option to the Explorer context menu for .doc files if it doesn't do that by default.
