When it comes to this, I am somewhat OK with it...anything that promotes it, can only be a good thing. - Again though, your not forced to do this, it just gives you the ABILITY to do so :)

This can be a sensitive subject for some people and of course it is (hopefully) always a personal choice - we'll see ...

However I have heard of some strange "secondary effects" so to speak - favouritism and things like that.
