Screen scraping in desktop

I would like a soft to capture data from a screen and able to organize or save in differents ways.

The screen is this :

is from a program to control an ancient dBase Database .
I want to save some fields to memory variables and paste after in an autocad file .

What can I do ?

I have seen some screen scraping software. Perhaps are not what I want.
I don't want to scan all the text. Only specialized parts in the screen and save each one as a variable.
