you say you dropped a bookmark "folder" -- clearly from the screenshot it created one item with the combined text.. definitely not what you wanted.
i'll have a look at it but can you tell me more about what you mean when you say you dropped a "bokmark folder" -- what exactly did you drag and drop onto LBC?

i dragged a folder with bookmarks from the firefox bookmark sidebar directly onto LBC.
