find free stock photos and combine them

hello!

I am looking for a photo of a womans face, enface, not smiling, and a butterfly photo to place on her face, so to resemble SLE/Lupus rash

I couldnt find neither the photos I need neither I know how to combine them, can anyone help?

exactly!
it needs a small correction with the light (at the left side it is darker) and the butterfly to be reddish and a bit bigger (not to cover the nose at all), in order to be scientifically presice, and it's perfect!

where did you fild the photos and how you did it? is it available in hi-res?
