is there a way to take a screenshot of a full window that you need to scroll its scrollbar to see it in full?

The (new) scrolling capture is sophisticated, but it can be a bit complicated, so have a look at the second video on this page:

Yup mouser's  Screenshot Captor: would work and i think its a little better than Irfanview.
