Need a noun, a verb, a string array, and a const iterator

I remember doing this before about a year or so ago, and I've done it again. I clicked on this forum expecting some kind of programmer version of Mad Libs.

I did one of those a long time ago as one of my first projects in C. It also comes with some advice for new coders, related to creativity and applying what you are learning.
