Do you use a good office chair when programming?

Anyone want to recommend a reasonably priced office chair for long sessions of programming?
Does it make a difference?  What are your experiences?  My back has been bothering me just a little because i never sit properly.

I had a discussion with CPilot last week about the very same topic as I am also on the market for a new chair.

I have always wanted to get an Aeron chair for my home office.

It's a bit pricey but I figured if I am going to sit on my a$$ programming for a significant portion of my life, I might as well get a good one.  There are a few of these in my work place and they do feel nice when I tried them on.  It's going to be tough to get my wife's approval though :D

I suffered in the same way (just from sitting at a computer for long periods on a cheap office chair). I splashed out on a decent bit of furniture and haven't looked back since. Go for something that supports your lower back and is adjustable to your shape. If you are going to use a tradional type office chair (like the one immediately above this post) then footrests come highly recommended too.

Some people swear by the 'kneeling' style chairs for computer use, but I have never seen them at anthing other than sill prices. (eg. http://www.homeworkingsolutions.co.uk/catalog/kneeler.cfm)

I have one of these "kneeling" style chairs in my cube, but I never really get used to it so it's mostly for guest's use :)
